Reporting Structure:

  • Senior Customer Service Assistant

Responsibilities:

• To ‘BreadTalk 7’ and suggestive selling
• To operate POS functions including payment modes, promotion key, voucher redemption, staff meal, staff discount, and transaction void
• To perform POS opening and closing without supervision
• To handle POS transactions accurately and effectively during peak hours
• To prepare cash deposit accurately
• To handle cake receiving upon delivery and perform proper cake storage, tagging and maintenance
• To handle cake booking, inquiries and delivery
• To handle product ordering and receiving upon delivery

Requirements:

• With a minimum of 1 year’s experience in the service industry
• Customer service oriented
• Dynamic, pleasant and cheerful personality
• Minimum Secondary education
• Bilingual in English and Khmer
• Good Communication Skills
• Interest in the Job
• Enthusiasm
• Positive Attitude
• Honesty and Integrity
