Reporting Structure: Assistant Training Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist in all training and development activities and assessment of program effectiveness
- Responsible for all training administration prior to training delivery
- Assist in conducting all on- and off-site in-house training sessions
- Assist in Training Needs Analysis and conduct post-training assessments for staff development
- Plan and conducts training and skills assessments
- Evaluate the effectiveness of trainee evaluation process
- Review and audit the skills of trainers and coach
- Maintain training facilities and equipment
- Stay current on new training development and industry trends
- Organize and prepare training schedules and materials
- Coordinate, plan and conduct audits on outlets for cleanliness, maintenance and service standards
- Plan, organize and monitor the auditing of product quality at the outlets
- Compile new and changes in existing product specifications and requirements
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Training and Development, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Experienced in conducting stand up training and On-the-Job training
- Great passion in people development and preferably with at least 2 years’ of relevant experience in F&B or related industry
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Dedicated, committed and keen tolerant
- Positive working attitude
- Strong planning, analytical and problem solving skills
Department: Operation / Production
Reporting Structure: Production Head / Senior Baker
Basic function
- To assist the production head and senior baker in maintaining the highest standard of bread with quality creativity and consistency
- To build and maintain a strong efficient team
Responsibilities:
- To control wastage
- Flexible to help and coordinate all production activities to all bakers and trainees
- To check on freshness and preparation of stock, dough, filling, topping items and daily usage materials
- To perform monthly, weekly, and daily ordering of ingredients and packaging in individual section
- To execute all bread production
- To prepare miser-en-place for the following day
- To maintain cleanliness in production area at all times
- Respond to directly train to all staff in each station of production so as to provide constant consistency in bread preparation, taste, texture, temperature, visual appeal and potion
- To follow up all any bread production staff regarding the skill, machinery use, equipment use, and material using by focusing on SOP
- To exercise care in preventing the use of spoilt or contaminated products in any phase of bread preparation
- To coordinate the receiving of material order from warehouse.
- To prepare the monthly, weekly, and daily report of production section.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience as Baker 2
- Minimum Secondary education
- Keen to learn and show great passion in bakery
- Good Communication Skills, Enthusiasm, Positive Attitude, Honesty and Integrity, Flexibility, and Leadership skills
- Computer Skills: Ms Word, Ms Excel, Internet and Email

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain smooth daily operation of the workstations
Customer Service
- Coach, guide and provide feedback to staff on work tasks, customer service and product quality
- Assist in managing outlet sales
- Set and demand QSC standards for outlet
- To prepare and brief staff on new marketing promotions and ensure their commitment
- Handle customer request and complaints independently and inform BM/AOM as necessary
- To communicate effectively with the outlet team, BM, AOM, CK and suppliers
- To track and control product ordering and receiving to manage stocks, wastage and variance
- To assist Branch Manager in month-end stocktaking
REQUIREMENTS:
- With a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the service industry to lead a team
- Candidates without experience will be considered for Customer Service Assistant
- Minimum Secondary education
- Keen to learn and show great passion in bakery
- Knowledge of English and MS office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

- Senior Customer Service Assistant
Responsibilities:
• To ‘BreadTalk 7’ and suggestive selling
• To operate POS functions including payment modes, promotion key, voucher redemption, staff meal, staff discount, and transaction void
• To perform POS opening and closing without supervision
• To handle POS transactions accurately and effectively during peak hours
• To prepare cash deposit accurately
• To handle cake receiving upon delivery and perform proper cake storage, tagging and maintenance
• To handle cake booking, inquiries and delivery
• To handle product ordering and receiving upon delivery
Requirements:
• With a minimum of 1 year’s experience in the service industry
